Overview
BeluGANG Events is a multi-purpose events bot for BeluGANG. Usage of the bot requires some user data to be stored.
We only collect what is absolutely necessary to provide the user with our services. We will never sell or misuse your data.
Stored Data
When a user joins a giveaway, earns XP, earns in-server currency, or uses the #counting channel, that information is stored with the user's user ID.
This stored information is necessary for you to be entered into our giveaways, shown on our leaderboards, or for you to have the ability to purchase from our in-server shop.
This information is only stored upon interacting with BeluGANG Events; if you do not interact with the bot, your information is never stored.
Data Retention
Your user ID, XP, balance, and counts are stored indefinitely until explicitly deleted or until BeluGANG Events is no longer in use.
Your giveaway entries are stored from the time you enter the giveaway until 3 days after the giveaway ends.
Data Access
To request a copy of your data, you may use the /data request command in the appropriate channels in BeluGANG. You may also email [email protected] with your Discord username and user ID to be manually sent a copy of your data.
Data Deletion
To request your data's deletion, you may use the /data delete command in the appropriate channels in BeluGANG.
You may also email [email protected] with your Discord username and user ID to request a manual deletion of your data.
Upon requesting deletion, you will be provided with a copy of your data. Deleting your data will reset your position on all leaderboards and remove you from any entered giveaways.
